关于房产中介

有个问题想请教大家：正计划卖掉现住独立房，同时在同城买进较小较新便于打理的独栋或连体房。年岁渐大，想多些余钱少些麻烦。已物色了卖房经纪，问题是用同一经纪买房好还是另找？
