这个房子的大问题我没说，因为是在seller disclosure里的。全屋的水管是有严重问题的：

Kitek plastic water piping. This piping system will most likely eventually fail at the connection joints. This should be taken very seriously. It is recommended that the finding and all associated components be reviewed and corrected as needed, by a qualified licensed contractor.

这个还file过集体诉讼的，A settlement fund of $125 million (all figures U.S.) was established, with $25 million going to the lawyers in Canada and the U.S., and $100 million being set aside for claimants who have until January, 2020 to file. 只有一年半就到2020了。问题是这个原屋主完全没管这事，也没有file claim. 最担心就是现在file了也不够钱赔偿了。如果换掉全屋的管道，至少得1万刀。其他确实都是小事，这是最最大的风险。
