在南加，没法买到跟黄金１％定律的投资房。现有１０万闲钱，手上股票太多了，想分散下投资，想投到一个全１０分华人集中的好学区大CONDO。大概买价３３万，能租１９００。除去HOA，PROPERTY TAX，INSURANCE， MORTGAGE， 每月净收入可能就二百块，但是绝对好租。此房房价ZILLOW在2011年２５万， 2005年４０万。请大家给点意见。
