The 1st and most important thing = making money!

Two things you have to pay attention to when you buy an investment property.  The first thing is whether I will have positive cash flow after all the expenses, like mortgage, real estate tax, and maintenance, etc. The second thing is what the investment property appreciation potential.  If you have both, then it is a buy.
