投资房保险怎么这样贵？

我只有一个出租房。保险要八九百，还不包括liability.

如果要加上30万的liability，要一千二百五十。保liability吗，太贵，不保吗，又怕碰上个难缠的恶棍。

各位小房东怎么处理这事？
