Insurance is not about saving money or making money.  It is about losing money and risk.  If one of your rental house had a fire and your renter died, you are going to loose everything if you don't have insurance.  The lawsuits, court apperance, and lawyers, etc. will destroy your life.  Don't be cheap, buy the damn insurance!!!!
