哪位大神分享一下Patch of Land和Fund that Flip经历

哪位大神有投资这两个平台1年以上的，经历过defaulted loan的，能分享一下defaulted loan最后principal都回收了多少，周期多久？

我看crowddd.com上有人抱怨Patch of Land default rate太高，但是也没有下文，没有人说最后recovery是多少，哪位大神能分享一下？谢谢！
