I checked Regency Centers website.  They only listed the following CUSIP.  They don't appear to be new issues.  If you happen to have the CUSIP for the new issue you mentioned, I would greatly appreciate if you could share it. 

I've also checked my Fidelity IRA acct.  These CUSIP show up, but Fidelity doesn't offer them.  There is something fishy going on with Fidelity.
