India also has free universal health care for all of her citizens. Granted it's not the best care, and most rich people pay to see private doctors, but it's still better than in some countries where the poor cannot afford to go to the hospital at all. India's universities are also on a completely different level than China's. There are actually meaningful research coming out of India's IITs unlike China's universities.
