美国绿卡母亲为未婚儿子申请绿卡已经两年没有动静

大家好，哪位大神可以帮我解答，我于2022年6月提交申请为我未婚儿子提出的绿卡申请。提交后只收到一次邮件收了费用。如果我有地址变换需要告知他们。目前已经两年了还没进入排期，我打电话也是机器人接听回答和网站说的一样。我望眼欲穿。不知怎么办？需要再找律师吗？还是亲自去移民厅？？？
