8老师您好。我的父母拿到绿卡后在美国又住了1年多，由于身体情况需要回国手术和调养，就给他们办理了回美证，因为父母离开的比较着急，就申请了把回美证邮到广州领事馆。在他们回国之前打了指纹。一年过去了，他们的回美证还没有批，但是父母身体调养的比较顺利，想回美国。请问这种情况下他们回来有问题吗？
