几乎所有类型的I-485都是subject to the public charge ground of inadmissibility，包括亲属移民和职业移民。只有一些特殊情况像难民、庇护不是subject。请看 https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-g ，点开Appendices，那里有个appendix说明哪些类型是subject to to the public charge ground of inadmissibility。
