父母9月份入境，原本按照等待3个月再提交的建议12月可以提交申请。但是上周带父母去墨西哥旅游，11/30重新入境的时候又给了6个月境内居留时间。不知道这种情况是可以按照原本计划12月份提交申请呢，还是应该再等待三个月到3/1（第二次入境后三个月）再提交申请？谢谢8老师！

-Check the following link (click "GET MOST RECENT I-94") to see whether they got a new I-94 which is different from the old one they got in Semptember. If they a new I-94 this time, they need to wait for at least 90 days from now on.

Because they got a new stay period of 6 months, probably they have got a new I-94. So, they may havre to wait for 6 months from now on.
