请教8老师：刚办完L2签证，需要给20岁儿子也办吗？

请教8老师，上周办了L2签证，同时给女儿9（11岁）也办了L2签证，请问儿子在加拿大读本科3年级，今年9 月份刚满20 岁，也需要办理L2签证吗？
