我妈妈2015年由于办十年多次往返的签证而办了新护照。老护照上还有从2010年到2014年的签证和出入境记录。请问老护照上的这些出入境记录需要复印和上交吗？还有人建议说老护照的每一页，甚至空白页也要复印。有这个必要吗？谢谢！
-No unless she used the visa on the old passport to enter US for her latest entry. USCIS only care about whether her latest entry (last entry) was legal or not.
