本人2013持J1（subject to 2 yr residency)来美交换一年，之后回国呆了一年四个月，2015年F1回美上学现有以下问题：
1. 想通过寒暑假回国把剩余的8个月凑齐，这样在毕业之后可以不要申请J1豁免直接申请H1签证吗？
-Technically, yes.
2.如果可行，申请H1时需要出具哪些材料证明已经累计回国两年？
-Such as your employment evidences in China, tax payment in China, entry and departure stamps by the Chinese Customs office, airplane boarding cards, etc.
还是美国这边有我的出入境记录，不需要我额外提供证明？
-You need to provide the proof to demonstrate your stay in China for at least two years when you apply for H visa or green card.
