请问8老师：

1. 咨询当地的律师说：入籍美国时的天数统计，除了file N-400的时候在美天数至少要913天。面试的当天，在美天数也要5年内在美至少913天。因为我有一次离开美国了193天，要照顾生病的家人。

但是我从官网上看"Physical presence refers to the number of days the applicant must physically be present in the United States during the statutory period up to the date of filing for naturalization. " 没有说面试的当天，也要往后推5年算在美913天啊。
-The lawyer is right.

2. 官网说 “Physical Presence Requirement：USCIS will count the day that an applicant departs from the United States and the day he or she returns as days of physical presence within the United States for naturalization purposes. ”  

在美国的天数：比如说1月1日离开美国，1月10日到美国。1月1日和1月10日都算在美国的天数，是吧？

 -Right. Why don't you just wait for a few days or couple of weeks to meet the requirement before filing N-400?
 

3. file N-400的时候住在州A超过3个月，file后可以搬到州B吧？面试和oath是在州A？

 -It will take place in B state, and you  need to inform USCIS about the address change by filling AR-11 and also call USCIS to make sure your address has been updated in the USCIS system.
