1，关于妈妈的出生公证，除了父母姓名别的信息户口本上都有。但她父母已去世多年，户口也已经注销。没有任何证明，应该去哪里办这个证明呢？
-Birth certificate must include her parents' names, palce of birth and date of birth. Ask local 派出所出具出生证明, then go to the 公证 department to do it. Just tell 派出所 her parents' names, then 派出所 will put the parents' names on the 证明. Not need her parents' address and birthdate, etc.
2，单身证明，这个有离婚证原件，但是全中文。是否还是要翻译公证一下？
-Show the 离婚证原件 to the 公证 department and they will do everything for you including translation.
如果用2007年的离婚公证书，是否还会被要求证明最近10年的婚姻状况，这个可怎么证明？-Not need it.
