在131表上，part 2 Application type，像我妈这样打了指纹，绿卡还没拿到的是应该下面两项都选？

1a.  I am a permanant resident or conditional resident of US and I'm applying for the reentry permit

1d. I am applying for an AP document to allow me to return to US after a temparory foreign travel
