我的上一个Reentry Permit将于4月20日到期，请问现在可以申请新的吗？ 还是必须等到上一个到期前一个月才能申请？因为人在美国，马上要离开一阵，现在申请可以吗。谢谢8老师！！

-You only can file I-131 to apply for the renewal in advance up to 120 days before the old reentry permit expires.
