After you become a US citizen, you have three choices: 1. he applies for K-1 visa to enter US to marry you and then, file I-485 to get the green card (this is the fastest way for him to enter US); 2. you marry him in China, then he applies for K-3 visa to enter US and then, file I-485 to get the green card; 3. you marry him in China, then he applies for the immigrant visa in China to enter US to become a green card holder directly (the process of this way is similar to Choice 2, and the cost is the lowest, but it takes about one to two years).
