我 sponse 母亲办理改变身份（ I-130 和 I-485 同时递交的。  收到了reject。 I-797C form. USCIS 让我们 resumbit  applicaitons 因为payment amoumt is not correct  or has not be been provided。 我想是因为我母亲已经超过80岁 而 我 还是递交了 biometrics sevice fee $85。  我写了两张支票：  $420 for I-130，  $1070( $985 + $85) for I-485.  USCIS 也确实收到了。我再三核对 数字， 这是我的唯一理解。我从来没有想过多交钱也会被reject。

请帮我分析分析， 是否从新 写两张支票 分别是$420 和$985 就算纠正错误了。

另外一个更大的问题是因为下面两个原因：

1. 退回来的文件（包括applicatino form 和supporting documebts) 每一页的底部多出了奇奇怪怪的一行字， 其结尾部分是031616 17:17 031416 AOS-XXXXXX.  每一个X 是阿拉伯数字.   不知这些是不是都是复印件 呢还是他们在原来的文件上 盖上了那一行字？
2.  我母亲的照片没有退回来

我的问题是怎样resumbit?

 USCIS 只说： “please be sure to complete application fully/petition, submit application fees, and inlucde all required supporting documents" 。 有两种理解：

1. 重新准备所有文件加上两张支票： $420 和 $985。（包括两张我母亲的照片）
2. 只需重写上述支票 加上USCIS 退回来的文件。再加上两张我母亲的照片-Correct. You don't need to prepare the document again, and just need to send the original documents packet (i.e. 退回来的文件) back to USCIS. Also, enclosed the USCIS Rejection Notice with the documents (put it on the top).
