-Talk to the employer whether they can re-advertise a new position for you for PERM. If they agree, you had better find an experienced immigration lawyer to help you. The experienced lawyer can desgin the advertisement favorable to you and DOL can not tell it.

If they can't, you may have to find a new job where the empployer can sponsor you green card.
