一个小公司考虑雇我并且愿意帮我办H1B，但说只能给wage而不是salary，这两者的区别是什么呢？对申请H1B有影响吗？办H1B的最低资是多少？网上查了一下，Level 1 Wage:$34.88 hour。这是对bachelor degree，我是Master 毕业，是否应该比这个高？
