8老师，我近期与公民结婚，想知道婚后可以随意进出美国吗？

-Yes.

我们想在明年年初回中国，请问我应该申请什么护照？

-You mean what kind of visa, right? If you have not filed green card application yet, you may use B-1/B-2, etc.

If you filed I-130 and I-485, you need to use advance parole or H-1 visa to enter US. If only file I-130, then use H-1 visa. No B-1/B-2 visa anymore.

喔会在近期申请I-130，不知道这对进出美国有无帮助。
