我父母的绿卡终于下来了。谢谢您在申请过程中的热情帮助。

现在他们持AP在中国。准备过两个月回美国。想确认一下以下事项。

1 入关时只要有有效的AP就可以吗？

-Yes. But tell the IO at the port f entry that their I-485 was approved during their travel in China. You may write a letter to address this issue for your parents if they don't know English, then they can present this letter to the IO when they enter US using AP.

还是需要带上绿卡的复印件？

-Fine, but not necessary.

2 这次来美后准备半年多以后再回国探亲，所以回程机票超过半年，应该没问题吧？

-Fine.

我的意思是说即使只带AP入关，系统中是否已经显示他们有绿卡了呢？
