8老师，我父母今年初申请绿卡，由于一直迟迟没有消息，就决定先用AP回国等待，AP到期日是2016年5月。没想到回国不久，前几天收到了绿卡，现在我们有点糊涂：因为据说绿卡以后最多只能在中国住半年，

 

那我们的情况，是不是继续按AP到期日回美国，

-Fine. When they enter US, just tell the IO at the port of entry that their I-485 have been approved during their travel in China (you may write a letter to address that if they don't know English, and then they just present the letter to the IO).

还是必须在绿卡批准日期以后半年（也就是9月+180天）回美国？麻烦老师了，谢谢
