Could you tell me if all of your answers would also apply to the primary applicant (me)?
-Yes, it applies to anyone.

My most recent entry into the US was in 2012 with an H-1B visa stamping.
-Then, you only need to provide the H-1 I-94 you got at the port of entry (print it out online it is electronic I-94), and the copy of the H-1 visa stamp page. Also provide the H-1 extension approval notice with the I-94, if any.

In other words, when filing I-485, am I (primary applicant) required to provide a copy of all of my old I-20 forms, old passport (with F-2 visa stamping), and old F-2 to F1 approval?
-Not need any of them.

If the documents I provide show a much longer history in the US than my husband's documents, would this be a problem (for example, RFE from USCIS)?
-Irrelevant.

谢谢!
