父母是绿卡持有者，但因病回中国手术，离开美国时一因匆忙，二因不确定是否健康状况还回得来美国，所以没有办白皮书（都是我的错！）。现在已离开美国将近两年，身体健康状况不错，非常渴望重回美国。这种情况美国海关会放人入境吗？
