给父母美国境内申请绿卡问题

看到有提到： 如果你在美国境内有“黑”过身份超过 180 天，就受制于三、十年之限。
请问老师，这具体指的是哪方面的限制？还有这种情况下，给父母美国境内申请绿卡的时间周期会比正常的要长吗？
