老师们，我美国证件护照出生日期和中国公证文件上的生日差几天（派出所办第一代身份证的时候办错了，后来将错就错，直到来美国办证件的时候自己才改过来），两年前开始给弟弟办移民，交上了1-130，现在要交中国公证文件，移民官会发现出生日期不一样，会有问题吗？

-Had better re-do the birth certificate with correct the birthdate to be consistent with your passport. By the way, you should have your birth certificate for your green card application before, right? Is your birthdate in that birth certificate consistent with the one in your US passport?
