请教老师，我今年2月给父母寄出材料办绿卡，没有同时申请AP，3月份打过指纹之后就一直没消息，大概是5月底，6月初，接到信说父母可能不需要面试，但是case被延期6个月再处理。我上网查，他们Ｉ130的进度一直是initial review,而485还一直处于接收状态。
现在父母有事需要回国处理，请问这种情况应该怎么办更好呢？

如果现在申请AP是不是应该属于485pending状态，不需要再交费？
