父亲刚刚vistor签证到美国，想马上就为他申请绿卡可以吗？

他以前来过多次了，这次想尽快给他办好，在他回去前能办好。如果我现在马上递表，有什么坏处吗？

还有，他是党员，退休前是政府官员，这是无法回避的。有问题吗？
