八老师，，递交485时，未成年孩子不在美国，要填写I-824为其取的移民资格，孩子要去美国使馆移民签证，才能进入美国。不知我的理解对吗？
-Yes. But if your child can enter US and file I-485 with yours, he/she will get the green card faster.

而且要主申请人的绿卡批下来才可以，是吗？
-You can file I-824 together with your I-485 filing, thus your child CSPA age will be frozen to prevent the age-out problem. But USCIS will not approve your I-824 until they approve your I-485.

孩子如何做移民体检和打指纹，有的文章强调打指纹只能在美国国内做，而且有严格的时限，预定的时间没做，就算你放弃了申请，有没有别的办法解决这个问题。
-Not true. If your child apply for immigration visa outside US, the physical exam will be conducted in the country he/she is present. He/she also need to provide non-criminal record certificate from the Police Department in that country for the visa application.
