回复：请问老师, 如何晚一段时间到美国拿绿卡

我帮我在中国的弟弟全家三人申请了绿卡, 已经批准。他们赴美的签证已经办好， 可在半年内来美国拿绿卡。可是我弟弟因工作原因不能在半年内来美国， 否则在中国的好工作就要丢掉。我弟媳妇和孩子可以来美国。请问如何能让我弟弟保持绿卡申请有效并且晚些时候来美国拿绿卡（半年或一年后）？ 
-Your brother has to enter US to become a green card holder, otherwise his wife and kid can not become green card holders. Then, all the immigration visa will be void after 6 months later.
