我现在急于回国，正申请回美证。打指纹的时候我应该还在美国，但是3个月后的正式回美证批下来的时候，我已经在中国了。（我现在的住址会出租）

请问这种情况，如果我打算让移民局邮寄到我美国的朋友家，然后我在Part 1： information中，是应该填我朋友的地址吧？
-Yes.

那么打指纹的信来的时候，是不是也会邮寄到我朋友的地址那里去？-Yes, but you can conduct the biometrics in the USCIS ASC in your area (wherever is convenient to you)  after you get the appointment notice.

如果我希望直接给我邮寄到在中国的美国大使馆，我在下面的where should the notice to pickup the travel docuemnt be send to...这个地址，是可以填中国我家的地址吗？
-Yes, Part 3 (10.a to 10.i). You can indicate the US Embassy or Consulate which is in your hometown such as Shanghai, Shenyang, etc. in Part 3 (6, 6a, 6b).

如果我这么填，打指纹的notice也会send到我中国的地址吗？
-No. The fingerprinting has to be done within US.

还是打指纹的notice仍然会send到我在part 1里面的physical adddress？-Yes.
