回复：F1校外打工忘记申请cpt 怎么办？

 

请教各位老师，我ld今年5月刚刚master毕业，已经拿到了opt。她一个导师自己搞了个startup有一个项目，她今年上半年就每周20个小时在做那个项目直到毕业，因为有ssn，薪水直接就拿到了，也没有人提醒说要半cpt。

 

问题是，这个算校外打工的吧？

她当时也不知道要申请cpt，最近才从网上发现自己好像莫名其妙打了黑工。。。请问那段经历会对以后申请h1b或者绿卡有影响么？

-Not affect the H-1 application, but it is possible to affect the green card application, depends on how long she worked.

现在还有什么办法补救吗？
-Just go to China any time to apply for a visa (e.g. H-1 visa) to reenter US in the future before she files I-485.

 

 

听网上的朋友说这样的违例不超过180天问题不大，只要出境一次就能洗掉了。请问是真的么？

具体要如何操作呢？ld的f1签证已经过期，现在虽然拿到了offer，但还是担心回中国续签会check甚至被拒。

-Do it after getting H-1 status.

不知道可不可以去第三国续签？
