我H1b，老公G4，现在老公要renew G4，被告知我必须也转成G4，不然他的G4就renew不了

-Who told you that?  Nonsense!

 You can continue to keep yopur H1 status if you want to. If you don't want to keep your H1, you need to change your status to G5 and apply for the EAD to work. But if you change your status to G5, you can not change it back to H1 unless you go outside US to get the H1 visa.

我的140已经approved了，但是排期还没到，没递485，请问我转成G4后会影响我的绿卡申请吗？
