If they want to get married and live in US, 2 ways

1) She remains single to get her GC in 5.5 yrs (01JUN05); after receving GC, she marries him; he gets GC in 0.5 yr (01JUN10)

2) When you sponsor him, he marries her and both get GC together in 9 yrs (01JAN02).
