H1延期间离美，新加坡签H1被拒绝，F1入境美国，

原先的H1延期如果批了还有效吗？

转个隔壁法律咨询论坛的帖子，请大侠们给看看。

根据老师的博客，H1的extension 和transfer，如果离美的话，应该申请还是有效的，但是这会不会需要基于再进入美国时，必须仍然持H类签证入境的呢？

隔壁这位朋友在H1B 延期pending间离美后，在新加坡又签H1B，被拒，然后持F1入境，这对最早在美国申请的H1B延期的申请会有什么影响吗？
