You can file employment-based EB1a (people with exceptional ability) or NIW (national interest waiver) when you are in Canada. Or you can find a job in US and ask you employer to sponsor your green card. Or you marry to a US citizen or permanent resident, or have US citizen parents, or have US citizen brother or sister to file family-based immigration. At last, you can try refugee also.
