process time passed 2 monthes

Because the stupid lawyer made a mistake,my son's i485 filing date was after 10 day of our filing date, On Nov. 4, 2002, In TSC. Now the process time is Jan.15, 2003, his i485 is pending,no any info. our i485s were approved in Nov. 2004. anyone has same situation, Please share your infomation. thanks
