How can we do for I-485 in TSC

The processing time for I-485 in TSC is Jan. 15, 2003. My I-485 was filed before this Date but I have not got any information, even without fingerprint yet. Any friend has the same case? How can we do now? Any suggestion would be very much appreciated.
