请教8老师 ！

江湖救急！好友H1B extension 被拒， 夫妻两个的第一个 H1B都过期了，现在想在美国境内一边 Motion to  reopen， 一边申请学生签证。 因为他们之前办了投资移民， 第一步通过了，所以出境之后，很难拿到非移民签证回来。他们的小孩是美国公民， 只有10岁，还在这边读初中 。  

请教8老师， 这种情况有办法在H1B上诉期间转学生生份吗 ？ 能出点主意吗 ？万分感谢 ！！！
