我是美国绿卡长期在中国国内，基本上每半年回美国一次，一般都比较顺利。爱人在中国，没有美国身份，暑期回美国开会想带她一起同行旅游。有几个问题请教8老师或其他朋友：
1.这种情况申请非移民签证是按探亲还是按旅游来填写比较好？
-It is better as a tourist.
2.如果按旅游签证来申请，是否就不提及我是绿卡长期在海外？
-Need to tell the truth: temporary employment in China.
如果提及，会不会影响我的绿卡状态？
-Irrelevant.
3.像我这样长期不在美国的情况，可以帮爱人申请绿卡配偶移民签证吗？
-You can file I-130 now, but you need to return to US or convince the visa officer that you will return to US with your spouse and live in US permanently when your spouse applies for the immigrant visa.
等待时间是不是很长？
-Probably 3 to 4 years from now on if you file I-130 now, but it may be sooner because it changes from time to time.
