请问老师和高人有关 I-130 processing time
我本人是绿卡时 file 130 为我孩子 （under 21）不在美国，2021-12.
但今年我已经入籍为美国公民，想 upgrade my 130 petition to immediate relative, 去信问移民局，得到如下答复。
We received your request for expedited processing. However, we will not expedite processing of your case because there are no visas available for your relative's preference category.
我的问题是，以前应该是 F2A, 如果 upgrade petition 变成 F1 反而更慢了吗？下面的 A 和 B 列出的日子不一样，这个 A 和 B 有什么区别？ 多谢老师和高人。
能否给我一些建议，该如何办？

1. Is your child physically present in US or in China currently?
2. Was your I-130 approved yet? If yes, when it was approved and whether USCIS have forwarded it to NVC if your child is in China now.
3. Is your child's age still less than 21 currently ?
