1）在美国境内给妈妈申绿卡， I 485 recent immigration history 第18 passport number used at last arrival,妈妈用的新护照+旧护照上的签证入境的，这里我填新护照号码对吗？

-Yes.

2）第22 nonimmigrant visa number from this passport，妈妈十年签证在旧护照上，是把旧护照上的签证号填在这里吗？

-Yes. Provide the copy of the visa page from the old passport.

需要在part 14 additional information解释下这个情况吗？

-Yes and also provide passport number of the old passport there.

3）妈妈的I-485材料需要附上她的结婚公证吗？

-Not need.
