2.打算先递交niw without recommendation letter,然后再花更多时间进一步准备eb1a 或eb1b with recommendation, 原因是感觉未来移民递交会多起来，先排期。之后，在给niw补件，这样可行吗？
-Yes. The recommendation letters are important evidences of your ability and achievements, but it not required by USCIS for NIW, so USCIS may or may not send you RFE specifically for this document if your submitted documents have been strong enough for the NIW application.
