I-130 and I-485 concurrent filing fees

I'm filing I-130, I-485, I-131 (advanced parole), and I-864 (affidavit of support) ALL IN ONE PACKAGE (I'm planning on filing I-693 med exam later upon request).

My father is over 80 yo, so I believe the biometric fee is wavied. So all that I need in terms of filing fees is two separate checks ($535 for I-130, $1,140 for I-485), both parable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security, correct?

And there is no separate fees for I-131 and I-864, correct?
