1. 现在有移民局 I-130 批准信件, 那递交 NVC 是等通知还是自己下载表格现在就可以递交NVC申请, 还是得等NVC通知?

-Wait for NVC to send you instruction and follow the NVC instructions to do what they ask you to do.

2. 非直系排期到 2019, 我的申请是 2013. 移民局说我的亲属申请人可美国境内或境外递交下一步. 如果以美国境内递交I－485, 有什么条件要求?

-The beneficiary has to have a legal status such as B2, H1, F1, etc. and the I-130 priority date has to be current.

亲属是不是需要一直呆美国, 还是只需要呆一段时间, 或 I-485 批了来美国等待就可以?

-After the beneficiary files I-485, he/she can stay in US legally to wait for the I-485 approval. If he/she wants to travel to China during I-485 pending, he/she needs to apply for advance parole to travel.
